An afternoon elective program offered by Inspire Family Academy
When you have the whole world to explore, it might be hard to know where to start! These classes are designed to be short introductions to exciting topics and skills, taught by talented and passionate members of INSPIRE or invited community members.
Inspired by Leadership Education principles to help youth grow into confident learners.
We rely on passionate mentors to bring fresh and engaging classes each semester - so class options change with each term.

Class Structures
Love of Learning through Scholar Depth are class structures—not age groups. Each structure reflects the class design and commitment level. Mentors choose the appropriate age range for their class.
Mentor's Early Learners
Mentor’s Early Learners is a loosely structured class for ages 0–7, offered to children of mentors or adult class attendees.
Designed for Love of Learning students, these classes are light, engaging, and homework-free—focused on joyful exploration and sparking curiosity in a relaxed environment and a natural love for learning without pressure.
Love of Learning
Scholar
For students in or entering the Scholar Phase, these classes build focus, encourage deep thinking, and support self-directed growth—helping youth pursue their personal mission.
Max 2 hours of out of class study or assignments per week.
Scholar Depth
Scholar Depth classes are for advanced Scholars, focusing on deep thinking, meaningful application, and personal mission development—while encouraging commitment and agency. May have over 2 hours of out of class study or assignments per week.
Blended Classes
Blended classes like musicals combine Love of Learning and Scholar elements and must be led by an experienced mentor.

Inspirations Classes Are

Mentors are selected from members of INSPIRE Family Academy or volunteers approved by the Leadership
Team.
Attendance and Participation
Registration and payment are required to attend a class.
